Understand gross pay and net pay
Gross pay is the total of your earnings rows. Net pay is gross pay minus your deduction rows. For example, ₹30,000 in earnings minus ₹2,000 in deductions gives ₹28,000 net pay. Paid days and loss-of-pay days describe the period; check the component amounts yourself rather than assuming those fields adjust salary automatically.

Does it calculate deductions from tax rates?
